How does it work?
We’ll work collaboratively through an immersive and experiential coaching journey. You’ll learn how to improve personal, emotional, erotic and relationship intimacy. We’ll uncover the areas in your life where this is missing, and then we’ll unlock all the possibilities available to you to be an extraordinary lover.
How’s this different to therapy?
Sex and Relationship Coaching is not the same as Relationship and Sex Therapy. We’ll work together to explore a deeper connection with your body. This is a somatic approach where the link with your body gives you personal freedom and choice. You can combine this coaching with your therapy to achieve integrated healing.

Hello, I’m Wayne.
Over the four decades of my life, I have been curious about my personal growth. To overcome the shame and pain associated with being gay, I have worked with many mentors, teachers, therapists and coaches to help me heal - and be unapologetically me.
I have over 20 years of experience and training in leadership, mentoring, mindfulness, coaching, yoga, Theta® Healing, movement, relationship building, personal mastery and now as a Sex and Relationship Coach. I am a Certified Somatica® Sex and Relationship Coach (CSC). I continue to inspire people and guide them on their transformational sex and relationship journeys.
